Oakmont Resort Rental Info

Units can be rented any time of year to owners and non-owners alike on either a nightly or weekly basis.  Of course, all rental inventory is subject to availability.  Units become available for rent if the homeowner chooses to rent their time out.  Please contact the resort at (865)453-3240 to inquire about rental unit availability.  Because vacation plans often change, units may become available at the last minute so check back frequently for vacancies.  If you are an owner at Oakmont, be sure to ask about your special discount rate.

For owners who cannot take advantage of using their reserved week, you may place your week on our rental program.  A rental agreement must be submitted to the resort management company in order to list the week for rent.  If you have Adobe Reader or a similar software you may print out a Rental Agreement, otherwise you may contact the resort to obtain a copy.
